At Wellness Express, we care about the health of our patients. Our programs are designed to make it easy for everyone to maintain their active lifestyle while pursuing their health goals. Our vitamin injections are safe, effective, affordable and accessible. We offer high grade Vitamin Injections that provide nutritional support for people who feel fatigued, run down, have joint pain, or just need a boost to the immune system.

If you’re otherwise in good health, but feel that you need a pick-up during the day, a vitamin shot may be beneficial for you. Our vitamin shots are much more effective than over-the-counter supplements and a lot healthier than caffeine and energy drinks. Plus, vitamin shots offer a variety of important health benefits including more vibrant energy along with an increased metabolism.

Clinic Information

Participation Requirements: There is a minimum of 10 participants to host an on-site vitamin injection clinic within 25 miles of Lafayette. We are able to travel outside of this area for a higher participation minimum. 1-2 weeks before the scheduled clinic, someone from our office will email the contact with a sign up sheet to gauge participation. If participation does not meet the minimum requirements, the clinic will be cancelled.

Incentive: If the participation exceeds the minimum participants, the clinic contact will receive a vitamin injection of their choice free of charge.

Payment: Vitamin Injections are NOT covered by any insurance company. Payment for these injections is the responsibility of the participant. We accept cash/check/credit/debit as payment on-site.
