Do I Need to Make an Appointment?

• We do not make appointments, you can walk-in any time we are open for business.

How Long Does it Take?

• Typically, the first visit will take about 10-15 minutes for paperwork, but each visit following should be quick, you will be in and out in no time.

Do I Need a Doctor’s Referral to Receive Vitamin Injections?

• No doctor’s referral or office fee is required to begin taking Vitamin Injections.

Can I Provide My Health Insurance to Pay for Vitamin Injections?

• No Health Insurance Policy covers Vitamin Injections, but many customers are able to utilize their FSA/HSA accounts to pay for Vitamin Injections.

If I Buy a 5-Shot Package, How Do You Keep Track of My Injections?

• We track all injections on file by electronic signature.  If you purchase a package, we keep track of how many you have on file and you will be required to sign for each as you use them.

How Often Can I Get an Injection?

• You can get an injection no more often than once a week, but feel free to take more time in between visits if that is more suitable for you (i.e. twice a month, or monthly).

How Long Does an Injection Last?

• Effects from a Vitamin Injection can last anywhere from 1 week – 1 month.

What is the Difference Between Super-B Extreme & Super-B + Biotin?

• The Supers both contain the same ingredients EXCEPT for one. Super-B Extreme contains chromium, which stabilizes your blood sugar.  Super-B Plus Biotin contains Biotin, which is beneficial to your Hair, Skin, & Nails.

Can I Get the Benefits of Both Supers?

• Those who feel like both of the Supers seem beneficial, you have the option to rotate back and forth between injections if you purchase a package. (Example: Injection #1 you receive a Super B Extreme, Injection #2 you receive a Super-B Plus Biotin, Injection #3 you receive a Super B Extreme).

Can I Receive More Than One Injection Per Visit?

• You can receive up to 3 vitamin injections per visit:

1. You must choose between B-12, Super-B Extreme or Super-B Plus Biotin because these injections contain B-12.
2. You must choose between Vitamin-C & Tri-Immune Booster because both injections contain ascorbic acid.
3. Engystol Immune Booster can be taken with any injection.
